On Thursday, April 25, 2019, our NJHS students with their advisors Mrs. Quitugua and Mr. Cabanero held an Easter Egg Hunt for the elementary students. As we move toward adopting more sustainable practices, our Middle School students, Mr. Joseph Certeza and Maria Barcinas, weaved 220 Katupat which were used as Easter eggs. It was one of the many activities our NJHS spearheaded.
The winners of our Easter hunt were Colton Guerrero, Naiyah Duenas, Raegan Aguon, Ethan Mesa, Amaya Cruz, Haley Espinal, Landen DeVera. The children had a great time, so the event was a success! Thank you to NJHS, Mrs. Quitugua, and Mr. Cabanero for your contributions!
